Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach our flagship warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
